香港高等商學院目前設立有：香港高等商學院粵港澳校友會，香港高等商學院長三角校友會。香港高等商學院校友會以“支援學院發展，全心服務校友”為目標，以“弘揚牛頓文化，聚集各界精英，建立交流平臺，促進共同發展”為宗旨，每年定期在全國舉辦校友活動以及時尚論壇，為兩岸四地的時尚企業家校友搭建一個行業互動、資源分享、交流合作的國際化平臺。

Hong Kong Higher School of Business（NBS）has set up two alumni associations: NBS-GBA Alumni Association, NBS-Yangtze River Delta Alumni Association. With the goal of "supporting the NBS development and serving alumni wholeheartedly" andwith the purpose of "carrying forward NBS culture, gathering elites, establishing an exchange platform topromote common development", NBS Alumni Association regularly holds alumni activities and fashion forums throughout the country every year to buildaninternational platform of industry interaction, resource-sharing, exchange and cooperation.
